CONTEXTUALIZING PHYSICAL LITERACY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: THE CHALLENGES

Abstract


This paper intends to analyze PL by highlighting its potential in the educational process and the challenges that need to be addressed to promote a more holistic and integrated approach to movement and health.

The aim of this paper is to prompt a reflection on how PL can become a central component of modern education, contributing not only to individual development but also to collective well-being.
