ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR LEARNING, AND ADAPTIVE LEARNING FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIFIC LEARNING DISORDERS: A POSSIBLE SYNERGY?

Abstract


This article explores the intersection between Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Adaptive Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on their implications for the inclusion of students with Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs). The article discusses the potential of AI-supported personalization to complement the inclusive framework of UDL, highlighting both opportunities and critical challenges.
